Shipping Policy

At SERI LAMPU SDN. BHD., we are committed to delivering your lighting selections safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased through our official sales channels.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak, and selected international locations upon request. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us at serilampu@outlook.com before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
  • For custom-made, preorder, or imported products, processing may take 7–14 business days or longer, depending on supplier availability and customs clearance.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, unforeseen courier delays, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Methods

We use trusted logistic partners such as GDEX, J&T Express, Pos Laju, Lalamove, or in-house delivery (for selected areas) depending on the size, fragility, and urgency of the product.

  • Fragile or oversized items like chandeliers and floor lamps may require special handling and courier arrangements.
  • In-store pickup is not available at this time.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery type (standard or express)
  • Any promotional free shipping offers (subject to terms)

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or failure to collect a package, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Orders not claimed within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping costs).

7. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. We will assist you with claims and offer repair, replacement, or refund based on our return policy.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You can monitor your delivery status via the courier’s tracking page.


9. International Shipping (By Request)

International shipping is currently available for selected items. Please contact us at serilampu@outlook.com with your order details and destination country to request a shipping quote. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations applicable in their countries.
